We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the Dutch market by developing strategic opportunities, building trusted executive relationships, and helping clients navigate complex digital transformation journeys.
What you'lldo
Develop and execute growth strategies across new and existing client relationships.
Build trusted partnerships with senior business and technology decision-makers.
Identify, shape, and lead complex sales opportunities from qualification through closure.
Position Avanade’s capabilities across AI, Cloud, Data, Security, Modern Workplace, and Business Applications.
Orchestrate consulting, delivery, alliance, and industry teams to create compelling client solutions.
Leverage the Microsoft ecosystem to create and accelerate opportunities.
Maintain a strong pipeline, accurateforecasting, and disciplined sales execution.

Skills and experiences
Significant experiencein enterprise technology, consulting, or digital transformation sales.
Proven success in winning and expanding complex consulting or managed services engagements.
Strong executive presence and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Experience developing account strategies and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
Strong business acumen, commercial negotiation, and consultative selling capabilities.
Ability to navigate and influence withina complex, matrixed organization.
Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem is highly desirable.

Experience leading complex sales cycles and high-value opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to build and expand executive-level client relationships.
Experience translating account growth plans into measurable results.
Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial discipline.
Knowledge of digital transformation, Cloud, Data, AI, Security, or Business Applications.
Excellent English communication skills; Dutch is an advantage.
