delivery strategy, reporting, and stakeholder management approaches.\nManage scope, schedule, budget, quality, dependencies, risks, and issues.\nDrive successful mobilization, execution, and closure of engagements.\nEnsure delivery outcomes align with client objectives, contractual commitments, and Avanade quality standards.\nClient and Commercial Management\nBuild trusted relationships with client executives, C-level leaders, and senior business stakeholders.\nRepresent Avanade in executive governance forums, steering committees, and key delivery reviews.\nManage executive stakeholder expectations and navigate complex organizational dynamics.\nOwn delivery financial performance, forecasting, margin management, and contractual obligations.\nPartner with Avanade Account Leadership, Sales Leadership, and Solution Area leaders to drive account growth through successful delivery outcomes.\nIdentify and cultivate opportunities for extensions, renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell growth.\nSales and Solutioning Support\nPartner with sales, account, and solutioning teams to shape and position new opportunities.\nSupport opportunity qualification, estimation, planning, and solution reviews.\nValidate delivery approaches, resource plans, schedules, and commercial assumptions.\nLeverage delivery experience and client relationships to support account growth and strategic pursuits.\nLeadership and Capability Development\nLead and mentor Delivery Leads, Project Managers, and delivery teams.\nAct as a senior escalation point for critical delivery, client relationship, and commercial issues.\nPartner with Portfolio Delivery Leads, Client Group leaders, Practice leaders, and Account Executives to drive successful delivery outcomes.\nPromote delivery excellence, quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.\nSupport workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development.\nAct as a Career Advisor and delivery leadership mentor.\nScope of Work\nLeads major transformational programs, strategic accounts, or portfolios.\nOperates with significant autonomy in delivery and commercial decision-making.\nResponsible for delivery performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes.\nInfluences account growth, delivery strategy, and organizational capability development.\nFrequently works with executive stakeholders across clients, Avanade, Accenture, Microsoft, and partner organizations.\n.\nSkills and Experience\nProven success delivering complex enterprise programs, typically $5M+.\nProven experience managing executive and C-level stakeholders within both client and internal organizations.\nDemonstrated ability to influence senior decision-makers and build trusted advisor relationships.\nExperience partnering with account and sales leadership to expand client relationships and drive revenue growth through successful delivery.\nStrong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong program and project management capabilities, including financial, commercial, and risk management.\nExperience leading multiple teams across onshore, offshore, and client organizations.\nDeep understanding of delivery methodologies, governance models, and quality management practices.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft technologies and enterprise solution delivery.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nPMP, Agile, or equivalent delivery certification preferred.\n10+ years of consulting, technology delivery, or program leadership experience.\n5+ years of leadership experience managing delivery teams, large programs, strategic accounts, or
