We value a combination of hands-on expertise and educational background to achieve excellence in our projects.\n12+ Years of total working experiences\nExperienced in Technology Project Implementation across Regional scope, more than 3-5 countries\nProfound understanding of contract terms and interpretation, coupled with excellent customer expectations management skills\nExperienced working within Consulting / Solution Implementation environments\nConfident engaging CXO/business leadership, handling escalations, managing difficult conversations, and building trusted client relationships.\nTechnical depth in Microsoft Platforms, preferably in Dynamics 365 ERP / CRM, Power Platforms, or relevantly to challenge delivery teams, understand architecture/integration discussions, and drive solution decisions.\nCommand respect from cross-functional teams, drive accountability, manage conflicts, and lead high-pressure delivery environments effectively.\nUnderstand SEA regional nuance, diverse workforce dynamics and client's expectations in this region\nWould be great if you have experienced in AI proficiency in delivering SDLC\nPrior experience managing commercially sensitive fixed-price projects is mandatory.
