apply; security clearance is highly regarded.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design and implementation of Microsoft Teams Phone services.\nDesign PSTN connectivity using Operator Connect, Direct Routing, and cloud-based SBC services.\nDefine voice routing, numbering plans, dial plans, and telephony policies.\nDesign and configure Microsoft Teams voice, audio conferencing, and calling capabilities.\nSupport integration with client telephony providers and external voice services.\nDevelop architecture to support future adoption of client-managed SBC infrastructure.\nConfigure voice security, resilience, and service continuity requirements.\nLead telephony testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation activities.\nDevelop solution documentation, operational procedures, and support handover materials.\nSupport deployment planning, pilot activities, and production rollout of voice services.\nProvide technical leadership and governance across the Unified
