The role coordinates multidisciplinary teams and ensures that solutions are delivered securely, compliantly and in alignment with business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Project and Program Delivery\nLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud migration, application development, cloud deployment and modernization programs.\n Develop and maintain integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, risks and issues.\nManage multiple workstreams across applications, infrastructure, architecture, data, integration, security, networking, testing, operations and change management.\nEstablish governance forums, reporting cadence, decision processes, quality gates and escalation paths.\n Coordinate release planning, cutover, rollback, hypercare, knowledge transfer and transition to support.\n2. Application Development Management\nManage the complete application delivery lifecycle from requirements, estimation and solution design through build, integration, testing, release and production support.\nCoordinate product owners, business analysts, architects, developers, testers, UX teams, security specialists and operations teams.\nManage application backlogs, sprint or release plans, acceptance criteria, technical dependencies and delivery commitments.\nOversee system integration, API development, data migration, environment readiness and non-functional requirements.\nEnsure appropriate software engineering practices, code quality controls, peer reviews, test automation, defect management and release governance are applied.\nSupport delivery using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, selecting controls appropriate to project and regulatory requirements.\n3. Cloud Migration and Modernization\nManage assessment, planning, readiness, migration, validation and optimization of enterprise workloads.\nCoordinate migration strategies including rehost, replatform, refactor, rebuild, replace and retire.\n Lead migration-wave planning, workload sequencing, dependency mapping, production cutover and business validation.\nCoordinate modernization involving cloud-native services, containers, microservices, managed databases, APIs and serverless platforms.\nEnsure migration designs address availability, disaster recovery, performance, security, compliance and business continuity.\n4. DevSecOps and Deployment Management\nLead adoption and governance of DevSecOps practices across application and cloud delivery.\nCoordinate CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, vulnerability scanning and policy validation.\nEnsure security controls are integrated across planning, coding, build, testing, release, deployment and operations.\nManage environment promotion, deployment approvals, segregation of duties, secrets management, artifact controls and rollback procedures.\nWork with engineering and security teams to track vulnerabilities, remediation actions and approved exceptions.\n5. Regulated-Industry Delivery and Compliance\nDeliver technology initiatives in regulated sectors such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, telecommunications, government or other highly controlled environments.\nEnsure project activities comply with applicable organizational policies, regulatory obligations, security standards, data-protection requirements and audit expectations.\nMaintain traceability across requirements, design decisions, development, testing evidence, approvals and production releases.\nCoordinate architecture reviews, security assessments, privacy reviews, risk acceptance and go-live approvals.\nEnsure appropriate controls for data residency, access management, encryption, logging, monitoring, retention, resilience and third-party risk.\nPrepare project evidence and documentation to support governance reviews, internal audits and regulatory examinations.\n6. Stakeholder, Vendor and Financial Management\nAct as the primary coordination point across business stakeholders, technology teams, leadership, vendors and implementation partners.\nTranslate business objectives into clear technical delivery outcomes and communicate technical matters to non-technical audiences.\nManage project budgets, forecasts, resource plans, vendor deliverables and commercial dependencies.\nMaintain RAID logs, decision logs, change requests, action trackers and dependency registers.\nProvide concise executive reporting on delivery status, financial position, risks, decisions and required interventions\n.\nMinimum 7 years of experience in technical project management, application delivery, cloud transformation, infrastructure delivery or a related technology role.\nProven experience managing at least one large-scale cloud migration, application development or modernization program.\nExperience delivering projects within a regulated industry and working with security, compliance, risk and audit stakeholders.\nPractical understanding of Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform or an equivalent enterprise cloud platform.\nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle, application architecture, systems integration, APIs, databases and non-functional requirements.\nWorking knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, security scanning and release management.\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.\nExperience managing production releases, migration cutovers, rollback planning, hypercare and transition to operations.\nStrong capabilities in governance, budgeting, risk management, dependency management, vendor management and executive reporting.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\nPreferred Technical Knowledge\nAzure landing zones and cloud foundation frameworks\nAzure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins or
