The role provides architectural leadership for Microsoft Purview Records Management, AvePoint Opus, and associated information governance technologies, ensuring alignment with the client recordkeeping, compliance, security, and operational requirements.\nWorking closely with business stakeholders, information management teams, compliance specialists, and technical delivery teams, the Workplace Software Architect defines the target-state information governance architecture, metadata model, retention framework, governance controls, records management processes, and information lifecycle management capabilities.\nYou must be an Australian citizen to apply; security clearance is highly regarded.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the architecture and design of the Information Asset Management solution. \nDefine records management, retention, disposal, and information lifecycle management capabilities. \nDesign and govern Microsoft Purview and AvePoint Opus solutions. \nDefine metadata, taxonomy, classification, and information architecture requirements. \nSupport implementation of information governance, compliance, and records management controls. \nEnsure alignment with client information management, security, and compliance requirements. \nLead stakeholder workshops, architecture reviews, and design governance activities. \nDevelop solution architecture, design documentation, governance artefacts, and implementation guidance. \nProvide technical leadership across records management, information governance, and compliance workstreams. \nSupport transition to
