  • Participate in training and working with end users
  • Holding weekly communications with team members to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns, budget, and upcoming milestones
  • Adhering to service level agreements in incident and task management
  • Attending and participating in workgroup and steering meetings
  • Preparing agendas and performing system demonstrations for stakeholders

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess an associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology (or a related field) and at least two years of EMR experience. Epic certification or accreditation is required in a primary application-such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Cadence, Prelude, Welcome, MyChart, or HealthPlanet/Compass Rose-with additional certifications highly preferred.

If you are excited to join a growing organization focused on changing the way healthcare is delivered to patients in North Carolina, please submit your resume.
