As one of North Carolina's largest networks of independent primary care practices, we offer comprehensive services to support the physical, mental, and emotional health of our patients.\nAs our Epic Ambulatory Trainer, you’ll provide training support to Avance Care locations and departments through training, development of curriculum in partnership with departmental and specialty team subject matter experts, assist with coordinating training communication to ensure that new and existing team members are set up for success, and collecting feedback from stakeholders to modify ambulatory training needs as identified.\nSelected Responsibilities:\nPartner with the Director of Clinical Education and Training to develop and implement training programs and content that meet organizational needs.\nSupport the gap identification and development of future clinical training needs and creation of the ambulatory curriculum to facilitate training in partnership with subject matter experts within the respective specialty teams or departments for both new hire orientation and continuous learning.\nCommunicate with management, trainers, and team members to ensure that needs are met\nEnsure training is provided (both individually and within locations) of appropriate business tools, systems, business dashboards, etc. in accordance with organizational goals.\nProcess new information and update MST, Lesson Plans, Tip Sheets, and Manuals as needed\nCoordinate with Providers and Staff to assist in answering Epic-related charting and functionality questions, as well as workflow-related inquiries\nManage and resolve IT tickets related to Clinical Training\nAssist in preparing for new hire classrooms: send invites, provide training environment logins, and distribute practice patient documents\nTrain the new hire Medical Assistant class and assist Provider Specialty Trainers with new content and guidance\nMaintain content in the SharePoint Epic Training Library and Learning Home Dashboards\nUpdate after-class assessments and ensure they align with current Lesson Plans, Tip Sheets, and Manuals\nWork closely with Ambulatory Analysts to optimize Epic for efficiency and troubleshoot issues\nProvide monthly update training and Epic Upgrade training to Office Managers, Clinic Staff & other stakeholders\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nThe ideal candidate must hold an Epic Ambulatory Principal Trainer (PT) certificate and possess 2 to 4 years of experience working within a healthcare or training environment. Along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Additionally, this role demands proven expertise in developing and delivering diverse training and professional development programs across a variety of settings, utilizing multiple technologies and approaches tailored to various positions and organizational roles.\nOther Priorities:\nCapability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, clients,
