Plus, access to a matching 401(k), short/long-term disability, HSA, and Dependent Care FSA accounts.\nYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities:\nPatient Hospitality & Communication:\nPatient Greeting: Meet, greet, and assist patients promptly, efficiently, and in a professional manner.\nPhone Reception: Answer phone calls promptly and relay detailed messages.\nPolicy Education: Explain clinic fees, specialized services, and internal office policies clearly to patients.\nLobby Upkeep: Maintain the front desk and reception area in an organized and orderly fashion.\nScheduling & Data Management:\nAppointment Coordination: Schedule and reschedule appointments, as well as coordinate walk-in patients.\nEMR Data Entry: Set up new patients and update current patients’ information accurately in the EMR system.\nFinancial & Intake Collections:\nPoint-of-Service Collections: Collect co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurances at the time of service.\nWhat Are We Looking For?\nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
