We pride ourselves in our woodworking and craftsmanship that deliver cabinets that are sure to fit every lifestyle.\nAbout the Role\nThe Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. This role ensures minimal downtime by performing preventative maintenance and responding quickly to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues related to sanding lines, spray booths, conveyors, and finishing equipment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on sanding equipment, spray booths, finishing lines, conveyors, dust collection systems, and air compressors.\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.\nDiagnose equipment malfunctions and implement timely solutions to reduce downtime.\nMaintain and repair paint pumps, spray guns, curing ovens, and ventilation systems.\nPerform routine inspections of motors, bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, and drive systems.\nAssist with installation and setup of new equipment and production lines.\nMaintain dust collection and filtration systems to ensure proper environmental compliance and safety.\nKeep accurate maintenance records, logs, and work orders.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA and facility safety standards.\nCoordinate with production teams to schedule repairs with minimal disruption.\nMaintain organized tools, parts inventory, and maintenance workspace.\nEquipment Includes:\nFlat Line Paint Machine\nUV Roller Coat Machine\n4 Head Belt Sander\nCNC Machine\nPanel Saw\nTable Saw\nEdge & Profile Sanding Machine\n6 Head Drilling CNC Machine\nMB Roba Fusion\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or GED;
