Technical Design & Engineering:\nReview RFQs, tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs for ELV projects.\nDesign integrated ELV and Smart Building solutions based on project requirements.\nPrepare system architecture, network topology, riser diagrams, and technical schematics.\nPerform equipment sizing, solution optimization, and value engineering.\nDevelop BOQs and accurate cost estimates.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.\nParticipate in technical discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.\n2. ELV Systems Expertise:\nHands-on experience in designing and proposing solutions for:\nCCTV & Video Surveillance Systems\nAccess Control Systems\nVideo Management Systems (VMS)\nPublic Address & Voice Evacuation (PAVA)\nStructured Cabling (Copper & Fiber)\nLAN/WAN Infrastructure\nVideo Intercom Systems\nAudio Visual & Conference Systems\nIP Telephony Systems\nPerimeter Intrusion Detection Systems\nParking & Visitor Management Systems\nPhysical Security Information Management (PSIM)\nSmart Building Solutions\nBuilding Management System (BMS) Integration\nFire Alarm Integration\nCommand & Control Center Solutions\nProposal & Pre-Sales:\nPrepare technical and commercial proposals.\nDevelop compliance matrices and tender documentation.\nConduct bid risk assessments and identify commercial risks.\nCoordinate with OEMs for solution selection, pricing, and technical support.\nParticipate in bid clarification meetings and technical presentations.\nSupport the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle.\nEnsure timely and high-quality submission of proposals.\nVendor & Team Leadership:\nBuild and maintain relationships with leading OEMs and technology partners.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.\nNegotiate technical and commercial terms with suppliers.\nReview technical submissions prepared by proposal engineers.\nMentor and develop team members while establishing proposal standards and best practices.\nQualifications:\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.\nExperience:\n8-10 years of experience in ELV systems design, engineering, and proposal management.\nProven experience delivering proposals for commercial, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use, airport, data center, or smart city projects.\nStrong understanding of integrated security
