The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SCADA system design, implementation, and project execution while mentoring engineers and ensuring successful delivery of complex industrial automation projects.\nRole Responsibilities:\nLead the design, configuration, integration, and implementation of SCADA solutions across multiple industries.\nDefine and develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) and ensure alignment with project objectives.\nPrepare detailed software and hardware design specifications.\nLead the development, testing, deployment, and documentation of SCADA applications.\nDevelop system validation and testing protocols ensuring compliance and quality standards.\nOversee procurement and specification of software, hardware, and licenses.\nPrepare scope of supply documents and technical proposals.\nEstimate engineering effort and man-hours for project execution.\nManage and technically lead SCADA project delivery from start to commissioning.\nMonitor project progress and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.\nLead on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and system start-up activities.\nProvide technical guidance and training to operators, engineers, and client teams.\nMentor and supervise junior engineers and technical team members.\nQualifications & Requirements:\nB.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering from a recognized institute.\n7-8 years of relevant experience in Automation / SCADA engineering roles.\nMinimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a technical leadership or supervisory role.\nStrong hands-on experience with SCADA platforms such as AVEVA System Platform, FactoryTalk, WinCC, or equivalent systems.\nSolid understanding of Windows Server environments, SQL databases, and industrial networking.\nExperience in supervising field installations including cabling, containment, and instrumentation is an added advantage.\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.\nCandidates currently available in Qatar with a valid transferable work visa will be preferred.\nIndian nationals are encouraged to apply.\nKey
