You will own customer-facing infrastructure, migration, automation, Kubernetes and platform-transformation engagements and coordinate technical teams, customers and partners from kickoff through closure.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn project initiation, kickoff, planning, execution, governance, acceptance and closure.\nBuild integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, predecessors/successors and customer readiness activities.\nTrack scope, deliverables, effort, schedule, risks, issues, actions and decisions.\nMaintain RAID logs and drive owners to closure.\nConduct customer governance meetings and produce concise status reporting.\nCoordinate architects, consultants, developers, OEM teams and customer stakeholders.\nTrack SOW commitments against actual delivery and surface scope deviation early.\nManage change requests and support impact assessment with delivery/technical leadership.\nCoordinate change windows, implementation schedules and prerequisite readiness.\nSupport resource planning, utilization and scheduling with the Delivery Leader.\nAnticipate blockers and escalate with context, options and recommended actions.\nManage project documentation, artifact handover, acceptance and closeout.\nSupport customer travel/onsite execution when the engagement requires it.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5–9 years of experience with meaningful project-management responsibility in IT/professional services.\nExperience managing infrastructure, cloud, data-center, migration, automation or software implementation projects.\nStrong customer-facing communication and facilitation skills.\nAbility to understand technical dependencies without needing to be the solution architect.\nStrong documentation, planning and follow-through discipline.\nExperience handling multiple parallel engagements and competing priorities.\nComfort working with SOWs, project effort, scope, change control and acceptance criteria.\n\nGood to Have\nPMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification; exposure to Nutanix, VMware, Kubernetes, cloud migration, infrastructure automation or multi-vendor transformation programs.\n\nSuccess Looks Like\nCustomers and engineers should always know: what is being delivered, what is due next, what is blocked, who owns it, what changed, and what decision is required.\n\nInterested candidates can visit the website at https://avancerpi.com/ to know more about the company.
