You’ll play a central role in producing paid social assets across Avant Arte and Make-Ready Editions, turning creative ideas into high-quality ads that are delivered efficiently and on time.\nWorking closely with the creatives who develop our advertising concepts and copy, you’ll determine the best production approach for each asset, from creating static ads using Figma templates to shooting and editing short-form video. You’ll take ownership of the production workflow, coordinating priorities, managing deadlines and ensuring assets are delivered to the right teams in the right formats.\nAlongside hands-on production, you’ll build an understanding of which creative formats and production approaches are most effective for paid social, using these insights to inform future recommendations and help the team produce better-performing ads.\nYou’ll also support shoot production for Make-Ready Editions, ensuring a consistent, high-quality output across both brands.\nWhat you'll be doing\nProducing paid social assets, covering both static and video formats.\n\nWorking closely with content creatives to understand ad concepts, copy and creative direction, and determine the most effective production approach for each ad.\n\nCreating static ads using Figma templates, adapting layouts and assets to meet campaign requirements and platform specifications.\n\nShooting short-form video content on mobile for use in paid social ads.\n\nEditing video assets to create engaging, polished ads, including selecting appropriate footage, refining pacing and adapting content for different formats.\n\nCoordinating the paid social production workflow, managing priorities and timelines to ensure assets are delivered on schedule.\n\nMaintaining high standards of quality control, ensuring all assets are accurate, on-brand and correctly formatted before delivery.\n\nBuilding knowledge of the production approaches, formats and creative treatments that contribute to effective paid social ads, and feeding these insights into production recommendations.\n\nIdentifying opportunities to streamline production workflows, improve efficiency and increase the volume of assets produced without compromising quality.\n\nCoordinating with external photographers, videographers, location agents and other production support when required, including briefing, scheduling and managing deliverables.\n\nCoordinating shoot production for Make-Ready Editions, working with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure shoots run smoothly.\n\nProducing paid social ad assets for Make-Ready Editions, ensuring creative consistency and timely delivery.\n\nAbout you\n4+ years of relevant experience.\n\nExperience producing digital ads or social media content, ideally across both static and video formats.\n\nProficiency in Figma, with experience using templates to create and adapt digital assets.\n\nIntermediate video editing skills, with the ability to produce engaging short-form video ads.\n\nConfident shooting video on iPhone, with a good eye for framing, composition and visual storytelling.\n\nA strong understanding of social media platforms, ad formats and asset specifications.\n\nExcellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple assets and deadlines simultaneously.\n\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.\n\nClear and effective communication, with the ability to collaborate closely with creatives and coordinate external suppliers.\n\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to identify practical ways to improve production processes.\n\nAn interest in understanding what makes creative ads effective, and a willingness to use these insights to inform production decisions.\n\nThe ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment while balancing competing priorities.\n\nSkills and experience\nExperience producing paid social ads for a brand.\n\nFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, DaVinci and Photoshop.\n\nExperience coordinating shoots with external suppliers.\n\nExperience adapting creative assets for different audiences, placements and campaign requirements.\n\nAn interest in art, design and culture.\n\nExperience in a creative production, content production or social advertising role.\n\nA portfolio demonstrating paid ads or social content you've produced, particularly static and short-form video assets.\n\nExperience working closely with creative, content or marketing teams.\n\nExperience managing multiple projects from initial brief through to final delivery.\n\nA track record of delivering high-quality creative work to tight deadlines.\n\nBENEFITS
