At Avant Law, we value professional development, collaboration and work-life balance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate document collation and review to support accurate, compliant visa applications.\nRespond to client enquiries, follow up on outstanding information and provide case updates.\nPrepare draft applications in Immi Account and lodge applications under supervision.\nMonitor Department of Home Affairs correspondence and track application milestones, deadlines and visa expiry dates.\nPrepare case management reports and maintain accurate client records.\nSupport the team with complex matters as your experience develops.\n\nAbout You\nYou’re organised, analytical and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in immigration law and delivering excellent client service.\nYou’ll ideally bring:\nExperience in immigration law, particularly employer-sponsored skilled migration.\nA strong understanding of Australian migration processes.\nExcellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.\nA proactive approach and willingness to learn and contribute to a growing team.\n\nFormal qualifications are not essential where relevant experience can be demonstrated. Completion of, or plans to undertake, the Graduate Diploma of Australian Migration Law and Practice will be considered.
