you.\n\nAbout the role\nWorking closely with our Perth legal team, you will provide high-quality paralegal and administrative support to our solicitors and contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of Avant Law.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nSupporting solicitors with the management of legal matters and the effective functioning of the Legal team.\nPreparing and formatting legal documentation, including briefs and correspondence.\nAssisting with court and tribunal filings and liaising with witnesses, experts, court and tribunal staff.\nMaintaining accurate and up-to-date legal files.\nAssisting with the processing of invoices for professional legal services.\nCoordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.\nProcessing accounts payable invoices, monthly billings and Mastercard reconciliations.\nProviding general administrative support to the Perth legal team.\n\nAbout you\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:\nPrevious experience in a paralegal or administrative role within a legal environment.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.\nFast and accurate typing skills, including experience with digital dictation.\nExperience drafting and formatting legal documentation.\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy.\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.\nExperience preparing, maintaining and managing legal
