IFRS a plus).\n\nModeling skills: You know the “three-pillar model” of integrated financial planning inside and out and understand exactly how operational assumptions (e.g., payment terms, investments, depreciation) impact all financial projections.\n\nTech & BI Affinity: Practical experience in data modeling with at least one common BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar)-knowledge of DAX, SQL, or Python is a strong plus.\n\nInnovative Spirit: You’re open to modern tools and, ideally, have some initial experience with AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for process optimization and data analysis.\n\nSystem & Language Skills: Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., DATEV, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
