You plan, coordinate, and optimize all aspects of event and guest management, from the first customer inquiry to the final reporting, and you further develop processes and systems together with our Product Owner and development team.Event management: Planning and execution of exclusive driving events with a focus on guest management: booking management, customer support, and reporting.\nCustomer communication: Proactive consulting and support for our customers across various channels (phone, email) using CRM tools such as Salesforce.\nNew business project setup: Contributing to the setup of a new project, from designing the processes and defining requirements through to a successful go-live.\nInterface to product and development: You bring the perspective of guests and the event team, formulate requirements for our booking and guest management systems, clarify functional questions with the Product Owner and developers, and test new features before they go live.\nData management: Accurate capture and management of customer data and event details, ensuring data quality for reporting purposes and validating it regularly.\nProcess optimization and further development: Developing and implementing improvements in event and guest management in coordination with the Team Lead, with the prospect of gradually expanding your responsibility in project development.\nYour Profile\nCompleted vocational training or a degree in project management, marketing communications, or related fields.\nAt least 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in the events industry or customer support; experience in setting up new projects or processes is a plus.\nProficient use of MS Excel and CRM systems; knowledge of Salesforce or similar platforms is an advantage.\nTechnical understanding and enjoyment of digital tools: you don't need programming skills, but you feel comfortable discussing requirements with the Product Owner and developers, clarifying questions, and testing new features.\nExcellent organizational skills and strong communication in German and English, including at the interface between business and technology.\nA proactive and customer-oriented way of working with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to help build something new.\nWhy us?\nCreative freedom: You help build a new project from the ground up and shape processes, standards, and tools.\nA working day between event, customer, and technology: Alongside guest management, regular exchange with the Product Owner and development team is an integral part of the role.\nDevelopment prospects: In the long term, you will grow into project development and take on more responsibility in new business.\nBenefits\nBye-bye boredom - we offer flexible models such as home office options, individual working hours, and job rotation\nWanderlust?
