Position requires data entry, machine monitoring, troubleshooting, quality control, and strong attention to detail.\nJob Details:\nDay Shift - 7:00AM-7:00PM or Night Shift - 7:00PM-7:00AM\nFull-Time: Fixed 2-2-3 rotation\nPay starting at $25-30/hour, depending on education and experience\nHolidays worked are paid double time\nEmployees who begin working after 5:00 PM are eligible to receive a night shift differential of $2.50 per hour in addition to their regular hourly rate.\nBenefits:\nMedical\n401(k) Plan with matching\nDental & Vision\nPaid Time Off\n$50,000 paid Life Insurance policy\nShort-term disability\nOther voluntary coverages i.e. Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperate, set up, and adjust nonwoven PPSB production machinery to optimize performance and maintain consistent product quality.\nMonitor equipment performance, identify abnormalities, and implement corrective actions.\nPerform advanced troubleshooting and resolve mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues on the production line.\nConduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibration of machinery as needed to minimize downtime.\nAnalyze production data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.\nCollaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.\nPerform in-process quality control checks, ensure adherence to product specifications, and document results.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives, including waste reduction, efficiency optimization, and process standardization.\nTrain and mentor operators on proper machine operation, troubleshooting techniques, and safety procedures.\nMaintain clean and organized work areas according to 5S principles and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and SOPs.\nQualifications:\nAssociate Degree or equivalent required;
