As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own both end-to-end. You're a strong product generalist with genuine native mobile depth, the kind of designer who can hold two adjacent surfaces, make the platform calls confidently, and ship craft work without needing a fully-formed playbook to start.\nDesign here is moving fast. We prototype in code, build our own AI tooling, and re-evaluate how we work as quickly as the tools change. Joining now means you help shape that process rather than inherit it. The things we hold constant are the ones that do not go out of date: getting to the essence of a hard problem, sweating the details that earn it, and staying close to the people who use what we ship.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Senior Product Designer you will:\nOwn the Avantos Mobile App end-to-end, partnering closely with mobile engineering on the platform-shaped patterns that make it feel native\n\nOwn Journey Builder end-to-end, partnering with engineering on the flow logic and step-orchestration patterns at the heart of how advisors work\n\nMake the parity-vs-divergence calls between the mobile and web experiences, knowing when to share patterns and when the platform asks for something different\n\nContribute mobile-specific and journey-orchestration patterns back into our design system, in partnership with our Principal Designer\n\nRun lightweight user research as part of your design process\n\nHelp shape the culture, craft, and rituals of a growing design team\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n4+ years of product design experience with real native mobile depth (iOS, Android, or both), as part of a broader product-design background, not responsive web with occasional mobile work\n\nThe range of a strong generalist: comfortable owning two adjacent surfaces and switching between a mobile interaction problem and a web orchestration problem\n\nStrong opinions on platform-shaped patterns (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design) with the judgment to know when to break them\n\nExpertise in Figma and design systems, with the ability to translate patterns across platforms without losing native feel\n\nA track record of owning surfaces end-to-end through ambiguity and iteration\n\nComfort prototyping in code and with AI, and genuine curiosity about how AI is changing the way we design and build\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFluency in B2B SaaS or fintech complexity;
