You’ll productize and scale our intelligence platform while connecting its capabilities to the product.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and productize reusable AI platform capabilities for other engineering teams.\n\nOwn backend services, APIs, and integrations, primarily in TypeScript with Go where needed.\n\nDeliver full-stack features connecting AI capabilities to React/Next.js product experiences.\n\nImprove scalability, reliability, and performance through sound architecture, testing, troubleshooting, and on-call participation after ramping.\n\nUse coding agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining ownership of planning, code quality, review, and validation.\n\nCollaborate across engineering, product, and design; communicate proactively, share ownership, and commit to team decisions.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nSenior-level experience shipping and owning production software at scale.\n\nHands-on applied generative AI engineering experience building intelligence layers or AI-enabled products.\n\nStrong backend engineering and API design skills in TypeScript or another transferable language.\n\nFull-stack capability, including the ability to build and maintain modern web interfaces.\n\nSound system design judgment across scalability, reliability, performance, and engineering tradeoffs.\n\nHigh autonomy and accountability, with clear communication and sound decisions in ambiguous environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Python and/or Go.\n\nExperience with AI evaluations, integrity systems, or recommendation capabilities.\n\nPrior
