Then the position as a Backoffice Administrator in our Clearing & Settlement team could be the next step for you!\nAbout the role\nAs a Backoffice Administrator, you will join our Clearing & Settlement team, consisting of 18 colleagues. Together, we ensure that trades in Swedish and international markets are settled correctly and that transactions are processed smoothly. Our work involves both automated processes and manual controls, where attention to detail, structure and problem-solving skills are essential.\nIn this role, you will take independent responsibility for processing and ensuring the accuracy of customers' securities transactions, reconciliations and transfers within established deadlines. You will also have the opportunity to develop your expertise, take on new responsibilities and contribute to improving our processes.\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nEnsuring accurate clearing and settlement of trades in Swedish and international markets, including foreign exchange transactions and FX swaps.\n\nManaging securities transfers to and from Avanza, as well as conversions.\n\nPerforming daily reconciliations of cash balances, securities holdings, derivatives and foreign currency positions, including investigating and resolving discrepancies.\n\nImplementing new regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance.\n\nIdentifying risks and opportunities for improvement, and contributing to more efficient workflows and processes.\n\nWe work primarily from our office in central Stockholm, as close collaboration is an important part of our daily operations, with the flexibility to work remotely when needed.\nWho We Are Looking For\nWe are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, structured and enjoys taking ownership of their work. You have strong analytical skills, enjoy solving problems and find it easy to collaborate and communicate with others.\nThe role involves a combination of recurring administrative tasks and more complex problem-solving, sometimes under time pressure. It is therefore important that you work systematically, are persistent and maintain your focus and attention to detail, even in a fast-paced environment. You are also curious, proactive and motivated by developing both your own skills and our shared ways of working.\nTo succeed in this role, we believe you have:\nAt least one year of experience working in banking, finance, back office operations, or a similar qualified administrative role with practical understanding of settlement processes, payment flows, or securities administration.\n\nGood general computer skills and confidence working with Excel and/or Google Sheets.\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English.\n\nCompleted secondary education (preferably in business, economics, or natural sciences).\n\nIt is considered an advantage if you have:\nPost-secondary education in economics, finance, or a related field.\n\nExperience working with industry-specific systems such as Euroclear, BNP Neolink, Danske Bank Direct, SEB Investor World, Nasdaq Q-port, Finastra or Abasec.\n\nApplication\nSubmit your application by clicking the \"Apply Now\" button below.
