You’ll be a foundational part of our 2030 European expansion, helping to build an architecture and engineering culture designed to scale across multiple future markets. You will be based in Stockholm.\nYour Focus Will Be\nDeliver Early, Often & Safely: Structure code, tests, and workflows for short feedback loops and frequent production releases, treating deployment safety and speed as core engineering disciplines.\n\nBuild for Scale & Modularity: Build scalable web applications and microservices using Angular, TypeScript, and Java, with a strong emphasis on modularity and testability.\n\nShape Our AI-First Workflow: Move beyond standard development by actively integrating AI tools into daily coding, pairing, and system design, including AI-driven testing and automated documentation generation.\n\nCollaborate & Coach: Practice pair and mob programming, code reviews, and continuous learning to share knowledge, refine pipeline habits, and keep quality high.\n\nWork Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product Managers and UX designers to craft frictionless user experiences, while navigating the complexities of multi-market requirements.\n\nWhether you're already using AI tools daily or simply eager to dive in and learn, you’ll find plenty of room to grow here.\nWho You Are\nYou’re a collaborative, pragmatic developer who loves solving complex problems and gets genuine satisfaction from seeing code safely hit production continuously.
