Do you have experience with stock control and ordering?\nAs an inclusive, forward-thinking business, we take pride in our approach to investing in our teams across Avara Foods and are looking for a highly competent and motivated Engineering Resource Coordinator to join our Engineering Team, based at our Hollybank site near Scropton.\nThe role is primarily office based with some requirements for factory-based stock takes and inspections.\nAs the Engineering Resource Coordinator, you’ll be workingMonday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00.\nWhat will you be doing as the Engineering Resource Coordinator at Avara?\nAs the Engineering Resource Coordinator you’ll monitor and order Engineering parts and consumables helping maintain the maintenance plan whilst gathering Energy and Environmental data.\nWhat will your key responsibilities as the Engineering Resource Coordinator include?\nBeing the supervisor for Engineering stores including periodic stock takes, booking out spares and ordering of stock. \nRaising Engineering orders including good receipting and purchase ledger queries. \nSetting up new suppliers and raising service contracts. \nGathering Energy and Environmental data. \nResponsibility for waste management and recycling. \nProducing end of period stock reports. \nAssisting with weekend plan administration.\nWhat you’ll need to be successful:\nAccurate numeracy skills and attention to detail. \nGood communication skills with all levels including contractors and visitors.\nProficiency with Excel and Word. \nAbility to work independently and within a team. \nPrior experience of an Engineering Environment would be beneficial. \nThe benefits of working for Avara Foods:\nAs the Engineering Resource Coordinator, you will enjoy a secure, supportive and progressive working environment, where your contribution and achievements will be recognised and rewarded.\nWe offer comprehensive training as well as continuous development as you build your long-term career with us.
