This is a hands-on role at the intersection of data analysis and business decision-making. You will analyse our performing credit portfolios, evaluate and improve pre-collection activities, and provide analytical support for portfolio sales and transactions across our markets.\nYou will work with everything from SQL-based data analysis and performance monitoring to presenting clear recommendations to business owners and management. We are looking for someone who does not stop at explaining what happened, but can identify why it happened and what we should do next.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyse the performance of performing credit portfolios, including payment behaviour, early delinquency, roll rates, vintages, customer segments and profitability\n\nIdentify emerging risks and opportunities and translate findings into concrete business recommendations\n\nMeasure and improve pre-collection strategies, including customer selection, contact channels, treatment strategies, vendor performance and cure rates\n\nDesign and evaluate tests to determine the incremental impact of pre-collection initiatives\n\nDevelop robust SQL analyses, datasets and recurring performance reporting\n\nSupport portfolio sales and forward-flow transactions through portfolio segmentation, data-tape preparation, cash-flow and pricing analyses, due diligence and post-sale performance monitoring\n\nEnsure strong data quality, consistent definitions and clear documentation\n\nPresent findings in a concise and commercially relevant way to business stakeholders, committees and management\n\nCollaborate with colleagues across Credit Risk, Collections, Finance, Commercial & Data as well as country teams and external partners\n\nQualifications and Experience\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets\n\nA relevant academic background in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, data science or a similar quantitative field\n\nExperience within credit risk, portfolio analytics, consumer finance, collections or another data-driven financial environment\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with commercial judgement\n\nAbility to turn complex analyses into clear conclusions and practical recommendations\n\nA structured and independent working style, with strong attention to data quality and detail\n\nStrong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and business stakeholders\n\nProfessional proficiency in English\n\nExperience with Power BI, advanced Excel, pre-collection, portfolio sales or debt-purchase transactions is a plus\n\nWe Offer\nYou will join a developing Group function with a clear mandate and close access to decision-makers.
