This is primarily a development-focused role (80%), with some platform administration, governance, and production support responsibilities (20%).\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, test and deploy Moveworks Agent Studio plugins, workflows, agents, and conversational experiences.\nDevelop REST API integrations, including JSON, OAuth/authentication, webhooks, data mapping, and error handling.\nBuild enterprise automation across platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, Nextthink, Jira, or Zendesk.\nDevelop automation for ITSM, HR self-service, endpoint support, knowledge discovery, and employee workflows.\nConfigure conversation flows, triggers, activities, decision logic, confirmations, and access-aware responses.\nTroubleshoot production issues involving APIs, integrations, workflows, access, and bot responses.\nWork with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into production-ready AI automations.\nSupport testing, UAT, releases, documentation, and continuous improvement.\n\nMust-Have Skills\nHands-on Moveworks Agent Studio experience with evidence of building plugins/workflows, not just platform administration.\nStrong REST API / JSON / OAuth / Webhooks integration experience.\nExperience with at least one enterprise workflow platform such as ServiceNow, Workday, Nextthink, Jira or Zendesk.\nScripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.\nExperience taking integrations/automations through development → testing → production.\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nGood to Have\nNexthink, Snowflake, or Power BI\nMicrosoft Teams/bot deployment\nMicrosoft Entra ID / SSO / RBAC\nLLM and RAG concepts\nMoveworks, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Copilot Studio certification\nExperience with enterprise AI assistants, chatbots, or automation platforms.\n\nAVASO Technology is an equal opportunity employer.
