Part of AVAX Group are the following subsidiaries: ETETH, AVAX International, AVAX Development, AVAX Concessions, AVAX Task, Athens Marina, iXion and Auteco (AVAX IKTEO).\nAVAX Group is seeking a Contracts Engineer to support the management, review, and administration of contracts across major projects, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder coordination.\nMain Responsibilities:\nPreparation, review and administration of a wide range of commercial and contractual agreements, with a primary focus on subcontract, supply and service agreements.\nReview and assessment of tender and contract documentation, with focus on contractual requirements, risks and obligations.\nPreparation and management of variations, claims and contractual correspondence, from the initial assessment and supporting measurements/documentation through to formal submission and follow-up.\nMonitoring and maintaining proper contractual records, correspondence and filing systems.\nMonitoring the proper implementation of the contractual terms agreed with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and consultants.\nParticipation in contractual and commercial meetings with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and consultants, including preparation and follow-up of relevant actions.\nDay-to-day interaction with project teams and collaboration with other departments and divisions of the Company, as required for the effective administration of projects and contracts.\nSupporting the post-contract administration of contracts.\nManaging multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced project environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nFlexibility to travel and undertake on-site assignments, depending on project requirements.\nRequired Qualifications:\nUniversity degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in contracts, commercial/project management, construction, or a related field.\nGood understanding of EPC and FIDIC-based contracts;
