Avayda Pest Control is hiring for their 2025 Sales Program in Toronto Ontario. Summer employment runs from May- September. Housing is provided if needed, if you're not willing to move to Calgary for the summer don't apply.

At Avayda we’ll work with you to create something profound and to push you to be the best you can be. We help you develop the skills needed to be successful in any working environment. The ability to walk up to someone and present them with an idea, build some emotion and develop a lasting relationship with a National brand.

Freedom:

The average first year rep (with no sales experience) earned $20,000 last summer, but the real benefit to the income is the freedom it gives you. For a student it gives you the ability to finish your education debt free and to not have to stress about finances. This will allow you to focus more on your education. For those not in school, you have the potential to earn a full year's salary in 4 months or we offer year round work.

At Avayda we believe that deep down everyone is competitive but those that truly embrace their competitive nature see exponential results. Through company and office competitions we will help you bring out your competitive side!

1) Work-Ethic

There is no substitute for hard work but working hard can be fun and the harder you work, the more you will be rewarded.

2) Positive Attitude

There are things that will happen to you in life that are outside of your control. The one thing each of us can control is our attitude and how we react to that which surrounds us. People who control their attitude and remain positive are always the highest paid in any industry!

3) Competitive Drive

We are looking for individuals who strive to be greater than average and earn a greater than average income. We develop skills within you that will help you get to the next level but it is up to you to supply the competitive drive to get there!
