Deine Aufgaben

  • Beantwortung telefonischer Kundenanfragen von Bestands- und Neukunden

  • vertriebsorientierte Kundenberatung zu Produkten, Tarifen und Preisen

  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Verträgen z.B. bei Tarifumstellungen, Vertragsoptimierungen und der Vermarktung neuer Produkte

  • Nachbereitung der Gespräche und Pflege der Kundenstammdaten

Requirements

Dein Profil

  • sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

  • PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office) sind keine Herausforderung für dich

  • Vertriebsgeschick und starke Service- und Kundenorientierung

  • selbstständiges sowie gewissenhaftes Arbeiten

  • Andere zu beraten ist deine Stärke

  • ob Früh-, Spätschicht oder Samstags - du bist flexibel einsetzbar

  • idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Call Center Umfeld
