Should be hands-on, in the space of performance engineering.\nTakes ownership for building capability in the organization through effective coaching and mentoring to move others to a higher level of working.\nImprove architecture skills across all team members.\nEnsure team members are happy through continuous engagement.\nHelp in the career progression of the team.\n\nRequirements: \nKey Technical Skills: Deep experience in application performance engineering, application performance management, and quality assurance with a deep understanding of Java/J2EE technologies.\nExcellent experience in troubleshooting/RCA and solving production performance, reliability, and scalability issues for large-scale (minimum 10k concurrency) enterprise systems.\nGood experience in leveraging APM tools to provide deep-dive analysis on performance problems. Deep understanding of the dashboards, which can be built for CIO-level interactions. Must have relevant experience with APM tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.\nExperienced in defining and realizing end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale real-time enterprise systems. Ability to identify and define non-functional requirements and design systems to meet the same.\nAbility to review existing Architectures for NFRs and identify Risks, Trade-offs, and provide recommendations for addressing the identified issues.\nExperience in performance optimization of J2EE systems on any of the application servers: WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, etc. Deep expertise in any one of the application servers is a must.\nDemonstrate strong understanding of cloud architecture considerations when scaling and tuning application deployments. Must have hands-on experience working on any of the cloud deployments on AWS or Azure.\nExperience working on performance testing projects. Good understanding of performance testing tools: Apache JMeter/Gatling/HP LoadRunner for load testing.\nShould be able to review performance testing programs and provide directions to the team on various aspects: Test and monitoring strategy, building performance models, and optimal capacity planning.\nExperience in big data analytics like Apache Kafka, Apache Storm, Apache Hadoop, and Apache Spark.\nGood skills in RDBMS like Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL, Cassandra, and MongoDB.\nExposure to Agile methodologies and continuous integration tools.\nGood program management skills: governance of large programs, risk management, stakeholder management, benefit realization, and managing executives at the CIO level.\nEntrepreneur / Intrapreneur (someone who has built technology teams ground-up, built new solutions from scratch).\nSound understanding of technology and a consultative approach.\nSound understanding of complex enterprise IT environments and issues faced by CIOs in the digital era.\nGood pre-sales experience and has played a key role in winning business along with the sales team.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, liaison, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.\nGood negotiation skills.\nGo getter and results-oriented.\nHigh energy level with the ability to work well under pressure.\nGood relationship skills.
