employees, helping ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, devices, and workplace technology.\nThe role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their IT career who is eager to learn, enjoys troubleshooting, and wants to gain hands-on experience across different areas of IT infrastructure and support.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and access-related issues.\nSet up and configure laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.\nInstall and troubleshoot Windows applications and standard business software.\nSupport users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.\nAssist with user account creation, password resets, permissions, and basic Active Directory / Microsoft 365 administration.\nTroubleshoot basic network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, printer, and peripheral issues.\nSupport the setup and maintenance of meeting rooms, phones, and other office technology.\nPrepare IT equipment for new employees and support onboarding/offboarding activities.\nProvide general hands-on support for the company's IT infrastructure and ongoing IT projects.\nRequirements:\nMicrosoft Office / Microsoft 365.\nBasic understanding of computer hardware, networking, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripherals.\nFamiliarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, or Windows Server will be considered an advantage.\nGood communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.\nAbility to communicate effectively
