We appreciate different backgrounds and see diversity as one of our strengths.\nTHE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE\nAs a Forward Deployed Engineer (all genders) for clinical software solutions, you work at the intersection of sales, technology, and hospital operations. You combine technical architecture expertise with an understanding of clinical and administrative processes and support customers from initial product presentations through ongoing projects. Working closely with engineering, project and product management and sales, you develop customer-specific and technically feasible solution concepts.\nYOUR TASKS\nProviding technical support to the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle\n\nAnalyzing clinical, administrative, and technical customer requirements\n\nCreating technical concepts, documentation, and solution descriptions for proposals and tenders\n\nDefining and aligning system architectures, APIs, and interfaces\n\nCollaborating closely with engineering, product, project and DevOps\n\nActing as the primary technical contact for customers during sales and project phases\n\nSupporting public and private tender processes\n\nYOUR QUALIFICATIONS\nCompleted degree in computer science or a comparable qualification\n\nStrong understanding of APIs, interfaces, and system architecture\n\nKnowledge of core IT and infrastructure concepts (e.g. cloud, on-premise, VPN, networking)\n\nIdeally, experience with clinical or administrative IT system landscapes in hospital environments\n\nStructured and analytical mindset\n\nStrong German skills is a must and good English skills\n\nYour BENEFITS\nVariety
