You’ll be part of our core development team, designing scalable services, optimizing performance, and applying best practices in backend engineering to help deliver real impact in healthcare.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nCollaborate closely with our core development team to build secure and reliable backend services\n\nDesign, test, deploy, and maintain critical Avelios services and infrastructure\n\nDevelop scalable, high-performance software in a healthcare context\n\nApply and advocate best practices in fast, secure software engineering\n\nWork with modern technology to solve complex challenges in clinical digitization\n\nContribute ideas to improve system architecture, usability, and performance\n\nYOUR QUALIFICATIONS\nDegree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience\n\nProficiency in at least one of the following: Java, C++, or Rust\n\nDemonstrated coding experience -
