Joining Avelor at this stage is a chance to grow together with the company, share your ideas, and have a real impact on the way we work.\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a Manual QA Engineer who has completed QA courses or already has some practical experience in software testing. \n\nYou will start on a new project for an international client and work closely with our QA Lead. This will give you a chance to learn our processes, get real project experience, and take on more responsibility step by step. After your probation period, you will be able to work on other international projects, take part in client interviews, and communicate directly with clients.\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nTest web applications: functional, regression, cross-browser, and responsive testing\n\nReview requirements and ask questions when something is not clear\n\nCreate test cases, checklists, and bug reports in English\n\nShare testing progress and results with the team and clients\n\nUse AI tools to help with daily QA tasks, research, and documentation\n\nWork closely with the QA Lead and learn from regular feedback\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nCompleted QA courses and/or 6+ months of practical experience in Manual QA\n\nUnderstanding of QA basics: testing types, bug life cycle, and basic test design techniques\n\nAbility to create clear and easy-to-understand bug reports\n\nBasic knowledge of Browser DevTools, including Console and Network\n\nEnglish at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher\n\nAbility to use AI tools for everyday work\n\nProactive attitude, willingness to learn, ask questions, and take responsibility for your work\nNice to Have\n\nExperience working with international clients or teams\n\nBasic API testing skills with Postman\n\nExperience with Jira, Linear, Trello, or other task-tracking tools\n\nExperience testing websites on mobile devices and emulators\n\nInterest in learning test automation\nWhat We Offer\n\nFlexible schedule & remote-first work -
