and inspire action\n\nWe’re looking for someone with\n5+ years of data science experience with a track record of thought leadership and innovation\n\nA PhD or MS in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Economics)\n\nExpert knowledge of a scientific computing language (such as R or Python) and SQL\n\nTheoretical and applied expertise in statistics, machine learning and experimental design\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nExperience designing and implementing complex modeling solutions from ideation to production at scale\n\nExperience influencing high-impact decisions\n\nStrong project management and organizational
