With 6,000+ experts worldwide, we combine engineering expertise with AI-native thinking to turn ambitious ideas into real-world impact across industries, technologies, and markets. \nAt the core of the role\nWe’re looking for a hands-on AI Enablement & Program Manager to help shape and drive a company-wide AI enablement initiative focused on increasing AI literacy and adoption across the organization.\nYou’ll combine program and project management, AI enablement, stakeholder coordination, and impact measurement, with a strong focus on practical, self-service use of AI and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.\nYou’ll help design the overall enablement approach and turn it into concrete activities, including trainings, workshops, use-case sessions, communications, and other adoption formats. While the role is primarily focused on conceptualization, coordination, and orchestration, you’ll also be hands-on in preparing selected workshops and events and, where appropriate, facilitating or co-facilitating them.\nCore skills you’ll bring\nExperience in program/project management, enablement, change management, or a comparable role.\n\nHands-on experience designing and coordinating trainings, workshops, enablement programs, or adoption initiatives.\n\nAbility to develop structured enablement approaches for different audiences, from general AI literacy to practical, use-case-driven adoption.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, trainers, and external partners.\n\nAbility to translate strategic objectives into concrete formats, activities, and deliverables and drive their implementation.\n\nExperience defining KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess adoption, effectiveness, and impact.\n\nGood practical understanding of AI and Generative AI. A technical or Data Science background is not required.\n\nA hands-on, pragmatic, and highly organized working style, combined with strategic thinking.\n\nGenuine enthusiasm for AI and curiosity to experiment with new tools and translate them into practical value for users.\n\nNice-to-have\nExperience with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and AI-enabled ways of working.\n\nExperience facilitating or co-facilitating workshops and enablement sessions.\n\nThe impact you'll create\nHelp shape and execute a company-wide AI enablement program.\n\nTurn the overall enablement strategy into concrete initiatives for different target groups across the organization.\n\nPlan and coordinate trainings, workshops, use-case sessions, communications, and other enablement activities.\n\nPrepare selected workshops and events in detail and facilitate or co-facilitate sessions where appropriate.\n\nCoordinate internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, trainers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution.\n\nDrive practical, self-service AI adoption and help users apply AI effectively in their day-to-day work.\n\nEstablish KPIs and a measurement framework to track adoption, effectiveness, and impact.\n\nUse feedback and data to continuously improve the enablement approach and ensure the initiative delivers measurable value.\n\nPeople are at the core of Avenga.
