You will work on building autonomous agents, integrating AI capabilities into development workflows, and enabling engineering teams to leverage AI tools effectively and responsibly.\nYou will play a key role in experimenting with emerging technologies, rapidly delivering proof-of-concepts, and helping establish best practices for AI-native software engineering across the organization.\n\n Core skills you’ll bring\n8+ years of experience in software development using technologies such as Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages\n\nFull-stack development experience is a plus\n\nAbility to rapidly prototype and deliver proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted development workflows\n\nExperience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic\n\nExperience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, PydanticAI, or similar\n\nExperience working with Model Context Protocol (MCP)\n\nExperience structuring codebases and documentation for AI agent consumption, including markdown descriptors, skills definitions, folder structures, and tool-call schemas\n\nExperience managing LLM-related costs through model selection, caching strategies, and token budgeting\n\nFamiliarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector databases\n\nStrong understanding of modern software engineering principles and development practices\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\n\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment\n\nNice-to-have:\nExperience building internal engineering tools and developer platforms\n\nExperience introducing AI-native practices into software development teams\n\nExperience with cloud environments and CI/CD platforms\n\nThe impact you'll create\nLeverage modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar solutions to improve software delivery processes\n\nApply AI-native engineering practices, including context management, spec-driven development, and reusable skills-based workflows\n\nReview, validate, and improve AI-generated code and agent outputs to ensure correctness, security, maintainability, and production readiness\n\nEvaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies and contribute to the organization's technology radar\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain autonomous agents supporting Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities\n\nIntegrate agents with platforms such as Jira, GitHub, and CI/CD systems through MCP\n\nPerform context engineering by organizing project knowledge, documentation, and code structures to optimize AI agent effectiveness\n\nCreate documentation, workflow guides, and best practices for AI-assisted development\n\nTrain and support engineering teams in adopting AI-native development workflows\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of engineering productivity through responsible and effective AI adoption\n\nWhat supports your journey\nThrough our values - Better Minds, Bolder Ideas, and Bigger Hearts - we strive to create a work environment where people feel supported, trusted, and empowered to grow.\nYou’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies, experiment with emerging engineering practices, and help shape the future of AI-native software development.
