You will be part of the ERP & Business Solutions area, contributing to the development and evolution of enterprise-scale digital solutions across a global environment.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle, architecture, technical design, and compliance of critical systems within an SAP S/4HANA landscape. You will work at the intersection of business needs, technology, and regulatory requirements, helping to ensure that solutions are scalable, sustainable, secure, and fit for purpose.\nCore skills you’ll bring\nBachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with solid experience designing business-driven solutions in complex enterprise environments.\n\n7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical/leadership role, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.\n\nStrong knowledge of Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management processes.\n\nPrevious experience in highly regulated environments, particularly Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Biotech, is highly desirable. Knowledge of GxP, CSV, and GDPR is a strong advantage.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams and work in multicultural environments.\n\nGood knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies, as well as tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.\n\nExperience with enterprise integration and middleware patterns and complex SAP landscapes.\n\nFluent business English.\n\nCandidates must be located in Madrid, as this position requires in-office attendance twice a week.\n\nThe impact you'll create\nDesign maintainable and scalable solutions within a complex SAP S/4HANA enterprise environment.\n\nDefine robust data structures and integration solutions in collaboration with development teams.\n\nAssess business requirements from a technical perspective and recommend sustainable, long-term solutions.\n\nEnsure architectural decisions minimize technical debt and support future business growth.\n\nProvide technical guidance and mentoring to developers and consultants.\n\nParticipate in design reviews and promote clean-code and engineering best practices.\n\nEncourage technical ownership and support the delivery of reliable, high-quality solutions within an agile environment.\n\nWork closely with business stakeholders, Value Stream Leads, and Product Owners.\n\nTranslate business requirements related to Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions.\n\nAct as a trusted technical advisor, balancing business priorities with architectural considerations.\n\nDesign and maintain well-governed data solutions within a highly regulated healthcare/pharmaceutical environment.\n\nConsider regulatory and compliance requirements throughout the solution lifecycle, including GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA, and Computer System Validation (CSV).\n\nEnsure solutions meet high standards of data security, quality, and audit readiness.\n\nContribute to the long-term technology strategy and roadmap for the relevant business domains.\n\nEvaluate new technologies, integration frameworks, and SAP S/4HANA capabilities.\n\nEnsure that the architecture remains scalable, sustainable, and aligned with evolving business and regulatory requirements.\n\nPeople are at the core of Avenga.
