required, depending on current business needs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdminister, maintain, and support enterprise Data Center infrastructure.\nManage and troubleshoot VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, clustering, lifecycle management, patching, upgrades, and migrations.\nOperate and support Dell infrastructure platforms, including servers, storage, and data protection solutions.\nMonitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and health using enterprise monitoring platforms such as Zabbix.\nPerform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nManage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes, including recovery validation and testing.\nImplement software, firmware, operating system, and security updates across infrastructure components.\nSupport Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services.\nAutomate operational tasks and reporting using PowerShell.\nMaintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards.\nParticipate in infrastructure modernization, migration, and capacity planning initiatives.\nCollaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and technology partners.\nSupport security, compliance, and audit activities.\nEnsure adherence to security policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\nMinimum 7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or Data Center Operations.\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise Data Center environments.\nStrong experience with VMware vSphere administration, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, patching, upgrades, and migrations.\nPractical experience managing Dell enterprise infrastructure solutions, including:\nDell PowerEdge Servers\n\nDell Storage Platforms\n\nDell PowerScale\n\nDell Data Domain\n\nDell Avamar\n\nVeeam Backup & Replication\n\nStrong understanding of server, virtualization, storage, and backup technologies.\nExperience with Windows Server administration and infrastructure services.\nGood understanding of SAN and NAS storage architectures.\nHands-on experience with enterprise backup and recovery operations.\nGood knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.\nExperience with infrastructure monitoring platforms such as Zabbix.\nExperience with security patching, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure hardening.\nKnowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.\nExperience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.\nVery good communication skills in English and Polish.\nAbility to work independently and effectively within a team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.\nExperience with Microsoft Hyper-V.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure or Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI).\nExperience with Dell OpenManage Enterprise and iDRAC administration.\nExperience with Disaster Recovery testing and Business Continuity activities.\nRelevant industry certifications, such as:\nVMware Certified Professional (VCP)\n\nDell Technologies Proven Professional\n\nMicrosoft Certifications\n\nVeeam
