Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager in custom or product software development.
Hands-on experience with ITIL and Confluence.
Experience in banking, insurance, investment, or other financial institutions, or alternatively with ERP systems and financial processes.
Dynamic, agile, and adaptable with a responsible and goal-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English and Czech language (business level).

Oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Manage complex proposals and apply advanced quality management practices.
