Project Manager - Global Digital Transformation
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to lead a key stream within a large-scale global digital transformation.
The organization is migrating enterprise collaboration and workplace technologies to a modern Microsoft-based environment. You will ensure smooth delivery while minimizing disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of a global technology transformation stream.
Coordinate business, IT, migration, change and technology teams.
Manage project dependencies, risks, issues and competing priorities.
Drive migration planning, sequencing and business readiness.
Translate complex technical topics into clear business impacts and decisions.
Prepare and lead governance and steering discussions with senior stakeholders.
Ensure business continuity throughout the transformation.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Manager / Program Manager in complex international environments.
Experience with IT transformation, technology migration or digital workplace programs.
Strong stakeholder, risk and dependency management skills.
Ability to work across business and technology teams and influence without direct authority.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft technologies or workplace transformation is a strong plus.
