Operating globally, our 6000+ specialists provide a full spectrum of services, including business and tech advisory, enterprise solutions, CX, UX and Ul design, managed services, product development, and software development.\nThis is the job\nWe are looking for aSenior AI Engineer to join a project focused on building and extending a unified, AI-augmented Quality Engineering framework.\nIn this role, you will combine AI orchestration, agentic frameworks, MLOps, Governance-as-Code, CI/CD, and Test Data Management to enable AI-assisted testing, self-healing automation, reusable AI capabilities, and performance testing.\n\nThis is you\nStrong software engineering and programming skills, preferably with Python\n\nHands-on experience with AI orchestration and agentic frameworks, such as MCP, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar\n\nExperience working with AI models and AI-assisted development workflows\n\nExperience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools\n\nGood understanding of MLOps, Governance-as-Code, and PromptOps\n\nExperience with versioned instruction sets, prompt templates, policy rules, and reusable AI artifacts\n\nExperience with CI/CD, including Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions\n\nUnderstanding of AI-assisted testing and self-healing automation\n\nExperience with synthetic test data generation and Test Data Management (TDM)\n\nThis is your role\nExtend existing automation frameworks with AI-enabled capabilities and contribute to a unified AI-augmented Quality Engineering framework\n\nDevelop reusable prompts and instruction sets for AI-assisted test generation and standardize shared automation components\n\nImplement AI orchestration and MCP-based enterprise integrations, including GitHub Copilot and approved MCP connectors\n\nEnable governed AI workflows for test design, analysis, and optimization, and establish reusable orchestration and integration patterns\n\nImplement Governance-as-Code using versioned instruction sets, prompt templates, and policy rules, including their propagation and distribution across automation repositories\n\nEnable self-healing automation for UI, API, and database changes through engineer-controlled approval workflows\n\nIntegrate the framework with Jenkins/GitHub Actions and support dynamic regression selection and parallel test execution\n\nTransition selected existing automation flows into the unified framework, apply AI capabilities, and validate them against agreed PoC success criteria\n\nAnalyze test data sources and implement reusable capabilities for deterministic test data generation and management\n\nTrack automation coverage, stability, execution time, and defect trends, support centralized reporting through Report Portal, and measure improvements against established baselines\n\nDevelop AI-assisted performance and load testing capabilities, including reusable scenarios, scripts (e.g. Locust-based), test data, and request payloads\n\nWhat awaits you at Avenga?\nThrough our values - Better Minds, Bolder Ideas, and Bigger Hearts - we strive to create a work environment where people feel supported, trusted, and empowered to grow.\n\nAt Avenga, everyone matters.
