This role involves providing advanced support for cloud infrastructure products, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in high-pressure environments.\nThe position is based in US (US Citizen), and requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills.\nCore skills you’ll bring\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.\n\nExperience in customer-facing technical support roles.\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced).\n\nSolid L2/L3 networking knowledge: stacks, switching, routing, firewalls.\n\nExperience working with Linux.\n\nAbility to manage and prioritize multiple customer issues in dynamic, high-pressure environments.\n\nMust be a US Citizen.\n\nNice-to-have:\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.\n\nFamiliarity with ELK stack.\n\nBackground working with Telecommunication Providers.\n\nThe impact you'll create\nProvide technical support for cloud infrastructure products and operator suites.\n\nPerform in-depth log debugging and analysis.\n\nSupport customer KPIs and SLAs.\n\nExecute software upgrades and patching.\n\nLead emergency recovery for outages.\n\nMaintain customer lab environments.\n\nMentor and train other engineers.\n\nDocument technical solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.\n\nWhat supports your journey\nCollaboration with engineers and technicians across multiple product lines and global regions (Canada, US, China, Costa Rica, Romania, and more).\n\nExposure to cutting-edge cloud infrastructure technologies based on open-source platforms.\n\nOpportunities to innovate, mentor, and grow within a global technical support organization.\n\nPeople are at the core of Avenga.
