Acting as a key interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, you will combine service ownership, IT governance, risk and compliance oversight, vendor management, budget planning, and application lifecycle management.\nCore skills you’ll bring\nExperience in IT Service Management (ITIL).\n\nExperience in Application Management.\n\nKnowledge of IT Governance & Controls.\n\nExperience with SOX Compliance.\n\nKnowledge of Information Security & Risk Management practices.\n\nExperience in Vendor & Contract Management.\n\nStrong Stakeholder Management skills.\n\nExperience in Budget & Financial Management.\n\nHands-on experience with:\nServiceNow\n\nLeanIX\n\nOneGRC\n\nBrinqa\n\nKnowledge of Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity processes.\n\nExperience in Project Coordination.\n\nFluent English.\n\nThe impact you'll create\nOwn and manage corporate business applications and related services.\n\nCoordinate L2/L3 support teams and act as the escalation point for critical issues.\n\nManage external vendors, contracts, licenses, and service performance.\n\nDrive IT governance activities, including LeanIX, ServiceNow, SLA management, Disaster Recovery, and Backup compliance.\n\nPerform security and risk management activities, including ITPF controls, vulnerability management, and OneGRC/Brinqa processes.\n\nEnsure SOX compliance and support audits, control walkthroughs, and remediation activities.\n\nManage application budgets, forecasts, and project funding.\n\nLead application migrations, transformations, and service improvement initiatives.\n\nCollaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders up to Director/VP level.\n\nOversee application lifecycle management and ensure service quality, security, and compliance standards are maintained.\n\nPeople are at the core of Avenga.
