You will also contribute to improving the efficiency of transaction routing, settlement, and clearing processes.\nCore skills you’ll bring\n4+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, functional analysis, or similar roles within digital environments, fintech companies, or banking institutions\n\nProven experience working with acquiring processors, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), payment aggregators, or acquirers, with a solid understanding of the card and account-based transaction lifecycle\n\nTechnical and functional knowledge of the Argentine payments ecosystem, particularly operations involving Coelsa, including: Transferencias 3.0, PCT, QR interoperability\n\nExperience with analysis and tracking tools such as: Advanced Excel, Basic SQL, Google Analytics\nAmplitude, Power BI or similar analytics platforms\n\nDegree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field\n\nExperience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)\n\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset\n\nThe impact you'll create\nAnalyze key product metrics and generate reports that support decision-making\n\nCollaborate with the Product Owner in defining requirements and functionalities, ensuring proper documentation and traceability of transactional flows\n\nAnalyze and design acquiring processing flows, including authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and chargebacks, as well as integrations with the clearing house (Coelsa)\n\nCreate use cases, functional flows, and acceptance criteria for new features and improvements related to payment solutions\n\nParticipate in discovery sessions and requirements gathering with business, technology, and UX teams\n\nMonitor product performance, identify deviations (e.g., approval rates, declines, routing issues, or latency problems), and propose improvement actions\n\nConduct market benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities for product evolution within the payments ecosystem\n\nSupport testing and validation activities, ensuring the functional quality of integrations with acquirers and payment networks before each release\n\nProvide support to Development and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle\n\nDocument processes, findings, and best practices to strengthen knowledge management within the team\n\nPeople are at the core of Avenga.
