This role partners with Commercial, Customer Success, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Solution Architecture teams to define requirements, develop solution recommendations, and guide strategic customer initiatives. The Senior Solutions Design Engineer combines deep industry expertise, technical knowledge, and business acumen to help customers achieve their desired business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead discovery, solution design, and customer consulting engagements.\nDesign scalable solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.\nPartner across Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Security teams.\nDeliver workshops, demos, and solution recommendations.\nSupport customer success throughout the solution lifecycle.\nMentor team members and drive continuous improvement.\nKnowledge & Skills\nExpertise in SynXis CRS, hospitality technology, and distribution.\nStrong solution design and system integration knowledge.\nExcellent consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.\nExperience leading workshops, customer engagements, and cross-functional initiatives.\nQualifications\n5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Consulting, or a related technical customer-facing role.\n5+ years of hospitality, travel technology, or distribution experience.\nExperience delivering complex enterprise SaaS solutions.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nUp to 25% travel.\nWe will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria.
