The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in network administration, routing and switching, network security, and troubleshooting enterprise network environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, configure, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and enterprise network infrastructure.\nConfigure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.\nManage routing and switching protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, and VPNs.\nMonitor network performance, availability, and security using network monitoring tools.\nTroubleshoot network connectivity issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.\nConfigure and maintain network security policies, access controls, firewall rules, and VPN connectivity.\nPerform network upgrades, patching, configuration backups, and capacity planning.\nSupport data center networking, cloud networking, and network integration projects where required.\nCollaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, system administration, and application teams to resolve technical issues.\nMaintain network documentation, configuration records, diagrams, and incident reports.\nParticipate in incident management, change management, and disaster recovery activities.\nEnsure network infrastructure complies with organizational security standards and operational requirements.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nDiploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nRelevant experience in network engineering, network administration, or infrastructure support.\nStrong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting, and IP addressing.\nHands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, routing, and switching technologies.\nExperience with routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.\nKnowledge of network security, VPNs, ACLs, and firewall configurations.\nExperience using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nIndustry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certifications.\nExperience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto networking technologies.\nFamiliarity with SD-WAN, wireless networking, network automation, and cloud networking platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience supporting enterprise networks or data center environments.\nKey Competencies\nNetwork troubleshooting and incident resolution.\nNetwork performance optimization and security management.\nTechnical documentation and change management.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nWillingness to participate in after-hours support or on-call rotations when required.\nSkills\nAccess Points, Subnetting,
