Given our decade of success we have evolved to become one of the top trusted providers in Singapore and service a client base across banking and financial services, insurance, information technology, healthcare, retail, and supply chain.\nWe're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.\nProject Coordinator\nJob Responsibilities\n• Coordinate daily project activities and follow up on assigned tasks.\n• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.\n• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.\n• Track project progress, deadlines, deliverables, and action items.\n• Identify project issues or delays and escalate them to the Project Manager/Service Delivery Manager.\n• Prepare and maintain Excel reports, trackers, and PowerPoint presentations.\n• Handle project documentation, correspondence, and administrative tasks.\n• Support managers, team leaders, and project members with project-related activities.\n• Perform other ad-hoc coordination duties as required.\nRequirements\n• Diploma or equivalent qualification.\n• 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Administration.\n• Good communication and interpersonal skills.\n• Strong organizational and time-management skills.\n• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.\n• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.\n• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n• Able to work independently and with different teams.\n• Good English communication skills.\nWHAT’S ON OFFER\nYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
