More details as below. \n\nMinimum Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation in enterprise environments, covering the full application lifecycle from development and configuration to testing, deployment, and production support.\nStrong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including App Engine, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Access Controls, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and third-party integrations.\nExperience delivering ServiceNow case management or workflow-based applications.\nExperience supporting UAT activities, production deployments, data migration, and VAPT remediation.\nProficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.\nExperience in Agile project delivery and application lifecycle management.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.\nExperience in business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, user story development, and translating business requirements into functional solutions will be preferred.\n\nWHAT’S ON OFFER: \nYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
