The role focuses on understanding business requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills, along with a working understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts. This role emphasizes business alignment and delivery management rather than hands-on AI development.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead customer discovery sessions, stakeholder meetings, and workshops to understand business goals, requirements, challenges, and expected outcomes.\n\n- Translate business needs into clear project requirements, deliverables, acceptance criteria, priorities, and measurable success metrics.\n\n- Coordinate with AI engineers, data scientists, data engineers, software developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.\n\n- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies, and delivery commitments.\n\n- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the engagement.\n\n- Coordinate proof-of-concept demonstrations, project reviews, user acceptance testing, customer feedback, and final sign-off.\n\n- Track project progress, identify risks and blockers, maintain action logs, and escalate issues with appropriate mitigation plans.\n\n- Work with technical teams to assess project feasibility and communicate solution options, limitations, costs, and business implications to stakeholders.\n\n- Monitor delivery quality and agreed business KPIs to ensure projects meet customer expectations and business objectives.\n\n- Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and coordination of deliverables in Agile project environments.\n\n- Lead, mentor, and support team members through work allocation, feedback, performance discussions, and knowledge sharing.\n\n- Coordinate with leadership on resource requirements, project priorities, and delivery planning.\n\n- Ensure appropriate documentation, data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations are addressed.\n\n- Gather post-launch feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous enhancement of project delivery processes.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n\n- 5-7 years of relevant experience in AI/ML projects, data science, technology delivery, analytics, or a related field.\n\n- Minimum 2 years of team leadership, project leadership, or workstream management experience.\n\n- Experience in customer-facing or stakeholder-facing roles, including requirement gathering and expectation management.\n\n- Strong understanding of project planning, scope management, resource coordination, risk management, and delivery tracking.\n\n- Ability to translate business requirements into clear project plans, deliverables, and measurable KPIs.\n\n- Working knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG concepts to facilitate discussions with technical teams and customers.\n\n- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities and dependencies.\n\n- Strong communication, presentation, documentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain project alignment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience in consulting, professional services, or multi-client project delivery.\n\n- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, sprint planning, and project tracking tools.\n\n- Exposure to AI project lifecycles, cloud-based solutions, data governance, and responsible AI practices.\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field;
